Single Cards Available in Colors!

That’s right! We’ve added colored single flat cards to our collection of items. The colors look great! We’ve added Blue, Yellow, Green, and Pink cards to our collection. All these colors are available in sizes 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″, 4″ x 6″, 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, and 5″ x 7″.

These colors have been added to our previous cards, which include white, cream, linen white, linen cream, heavyweight 80lb white, and laser gloss.

Customer Creations

I’ve been trying to figure out a great way to give our customers more than a place to shop. A lot of customers tell us what they do with our products, but we rarely get to actually see them. So, I want to create a “Customer Creations” section where our customers can submit what they create with our products. This way, other customers can come to our creations page and get ideas for their own creation!

Since I am just beginning this, I need your help. If you have any creation with our paper products, please submit it to us. I want to have a solid foundation before I go live with the page.

I have uploaded an example. Juanita Davis, an employee here at Desktop Supplies has created some cool things with our products. Her first creation was Vellum Invitations.

This is how I want the creations to work. The name of the creation is displayed as well as a picture. Of course we credit the creator as well. Then, I feel that if a customer really wants to talk about their creation, they can provide a description, as well as the materials used and directions for how to create it.

I’ve also created an easy upload form for submitting creations. If you have a creation, please submit it to us through there.

Welcome to Desktop Supplies Blog!

First, I’d like to give you a little information about who will be talking to you. My name is Michael Smith and I will be running this blog. I am 21 years old and am currently enrolled at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. There I am studying Computer Technology. I work part time for Desktop Supplies, maintaining and updating the web sites.

Anyway, I want to keep this informal and fun. I want to get feedback from my readers and also recommendations.

I’d like to be able to offer you some tips and tricks with paper products as well as product updates and sales at DesktopSupplies.com.
